Work is carried out in the doctoral college along the lines of four research groups (RG), which cooperate transdisciplinary and mutually interlocking. The first RG starts from "analyses" and explores processes, institutions and narratives from a historical perspective and with reference to contemporary processes. The second RG focuses on "communication" and discusses formats, media and spaces in this regard. The third RG deals with "interventions" and related strategies, measures and actors. In all 3 RGs, work (worlds of work) and models of participation, human rights and their violation, memory and future designs, narratives and representation patterns as well as resistance and solidarity practices form possible objects. The fourth RG combines analysis, communication and intervention with a dedicated look at work (worlds of work) and intersectional solidarity. The doctoral students can work and exchange ideas within different RGs, one after the other or at the same time.
